Meet the Insight Research (CRO) Team
At JAKALA’s Insight Research team, we transform data, behaviors, and opinions into strategic knowledge. We analyze markets, listen to users and consumers, design research, and interpret signals to guide marketing, communication, and business decisions. You’ll join a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment where analysis, curiosity, and empathy come together to generate clear, concrete, and actionable insights.
🎯 Every day will be different, but here’s a taste of what awaits you:
- Analyzing website traffic and visitor behavior data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Create customized reports and dashboards to communicate key insights
- Using qualitative User Experience analysis tools (Heatmaps/Scrollmaps/Session Recordings) to explain the insights gathered
- Support the creation and monitoring of A/B tests aimed at finding the best user experience for users
- Support the creation of surveys and user tests designed to understand users’ direct experience
💡 These qualifications are a great starting point for growing together:
- Degree in statistics, data science, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
- Strong passion for the world of analytics
- Good knowledge of English
🚀We’d love it if you also have:
- Knowledge of quantitative analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of qualitative analysis tools such as Hotjar and Contentsquare
- Knowledge of optimization and A/B testing platforms (Adobe Target, Google Optimize, and similar)
