You’ll join the Innovation, Change & Digital Engagement team, the practice that supports large companies in their service innovation, digital transformation, and user experience evolution journeys.

Working alongside designers and senior consultants, you’ll contribute to projects covering the entire innovation cycle{{:}}

from user behavior research to service and experience design, all the way to the creation of concepts, prototypes, and digital solutions.

You’ll work on projects with high strategic impact in the retail, telco, mobility, finance, energy, and customer experience sectors, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and various stakeholders.

In your role as Service / UX Design Intern, you will support the team in designing useful, consistent, and people-centered experiences.

Support in analyzing user needs and conducting qualitative research (interviews, benchmarks, desk research). 

Collaborate on the design of user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes. 

Contributing to the creation of mockups and graphic layouts for digital products and services. 

Assisting with the management of design systems and visual guidelines. 

Participating in usability testing and collecting feedback to improve the user experience. 

Daily collaboration with designers, developers, project managers, and change consultants. 

Interest in UX, Service Design, and Human-Centered Design. 

Curiosity about the world of Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies, with a focus on their responsible and people-oriented use. 

Desire to understand how AI and design can work together to create more effective, inclusive, and intelligent experiences. 

Curiosity, a critical mindset, and an experimental attitude. 

Strong communication skills and a natural aptitude for teamwork. 

An analytical yet creative approach. 

Ability to organize your own work and meet deadlines. 

A student or recent graduate in Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. 

Basic knowledge of UX, UI, service design, and accessibility principles. 

Familiarity (including academic) with tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop. 

Good command of English. 

Portfolio (including academic or personal work) is a plus.
