Junior Digital UX/UI Designer

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in this role

Required skills:

At least 2 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or Web Designer, preferably on complex projects or those related to the public sector.
Complete mastery of Figma (managing components, variants, auto-layout, shared libraries, and advanced prototyping).
In-depth knowledge of the AGID Guidelines for the design of public services and mastery of accessibility frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of WCAG success criteria (Levels A and AA).
Practical experience with accessibility validation and testing tools and familiarity with the use of screen readers.
Solid foundation in web design: understanding of responsive design principles, information architecture, and human-computer interaction.
Nice to have: Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and semantic markup (WAI-ARIA) to facilitate technical communication with developers.

Ability to work independently, adhering to assigned priorities, in accordance with the needs of various projects;
Time management skills;
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
Willingness to travel for short periods.
