In this context, we are seeking a Junior Product Designer to join the XD Group (Experience Design Group), the team driving the evolution of the product experience at TeamSystem through design, innovation, and continuous experimentation.

You will join a multidisciplinary team composed of product designers, researchers, design system designers, and organizational designers, with direct support from a Design Lead who will guide your professional growth. We are looking for a curious, practical individual with a strong experimental mindset, who views innovation and the use of AI as an integral part of their design process.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Designing concepts and prototypes at various levels of fidelity, validating them through usability testing and research activities
Integrating AI and new technologies into the design process and product solutions, helping to rethink experiences and ways of working
Translating research insights into concrete design evidence
Helping to transform business requirements into human-centered solutions, balancing user value and business impact
Defining the information architecture of our digital products
Collaborate continuously with designers, researchers, and product stakeholders
Contribute to the product vision through benchmarking, trend analysis, heuristic evaluations, and exploratory activities
Participate in workshops and collaborative sessions, creating UX Strategy presentations
Promote a human-centered culture and an experimental approach to innovation within the company

The ideal candidate has:

At least 1–2 years of experience in digital product design, preferably in structured and B2B contexts
A strong interest in innovation and AI, and uses them (or wants to learn to use them) as concrete tools in your design process
Proactivity, autonomy, and an experimental mindset
An understanding of managing an iterative, collaborative, and results-oriented design process
A knack for problem-solving and turning inefficiencies into opportunities for improvement
Experience with collaborative tools (e.g., Miro) and a good knowledge of Figma
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
Flexibility: not only in your work style but also when traveling

Nice to have

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communication and Design, Humanities and Social Sciences, Computer Science and Technology, or related fields
Experience experimenting with projects that integrate AI or automation
Design using a structured design system
Familiarity with service, strategic, and interaction design documentation
A knack for scouting new AI trends
