LearnWise.ai is a fast-growing scale-up modernizing higher education through AI-powered teaching, learning, and engagement solutions. We're looking for a Jr. Product Manager to join our product team and help shape the future of our platform. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, working closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver value to our users.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their product management career or looking to transition into product management within the EdTech space. You'll own initiatives end-to-end — from problem definition through launch and iteration — while learning from experienced team members.

What you'll do

Define what we build
Turn business needs and customer signals into clear problem statements, PRDs, and user stories
Break down complex features into actionable, well-scoped work that designers and engineers can execute against
Make trade-off calls on scope and sequencing, and keep the "why" behind each decision visible to the team

Drive delivery end-to-end

Own your initiatives from discovery through build, QA, and release
Work day-to-day with engineering and design to keep work unblocked and moving
Track progress against plan, surface risks early, and drive them to resolution
Coordinate launches across engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market so releases land cleanly with customers

Close the loop after launch

Follow features into production: monitor adoption, gather feedback from customers and internal teams, and validate that the problem was actually solved
Feed what you learn back into the next iteration
Act as the central point of contact for your product area

Requirements

2+ years of working experience in product management or related roles
2+ years of working experience in SaaS or EdTech companies
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and explain them clearly to diverse audiences
Genuine affinity with SaaS and EdTech industries
Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of work
Ability and enthusiasm to learn on the job and grow with the role
Strong communication and project management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of or experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with Linear, Jira, or similar project management tools
Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Based in Europe and open to remote work with occasional travel to Amsterdam.

Nice to have

Product experience with enterprise service management platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Freshservice, or similar)
Product experience with live chat, conversational, or customer support solutions
