Junior UX & CRO Analyst (Data Driven)
Mavriq · MIlan, Italy
Salary Available
Company Description
At Mavriq, part of the Moltiply Group, we help people make the right choices—whether it’s finding the best mortgage, energy contract, or phone plan. Our platforms, such as MutuiOnline.it, Segugio.it, SOStariffe.it, Trovaprezzi.it, Switcho, and international brands such as LeLynx.fr, Rastreator.com, Pricewise.nl, and Verivox.de, give users clarity and control in markets often clouded by complexity. We believe in transparency, data, and smart disruption—changing the rules when they don’t work for everyone.
Position
At Mavriq, we design digital products that simplify people’s lives and generate value for businesses. Our approach is data-driven: every design decision stems from the analysis of user behavior and is validated through data and experiments.
To strengthen our Product Design team, we’re looking for a UX & CRO Analyst who can transform quantitative insights into opportunities for continuous improvement of the user experience.
What We Offer
We believe that growth stems from the combination of curiosity and autonomy. We offer a hybrid and flexible work environment, ongoing training, and space to experiment, learn, and improve. You’ll work in a team with whom you’ll share successes, tackle challenges, and achieve results. Rounding out the package is an estimated annual salary of 25–35K, along with a robust benefits package: health insurance (CCNL Commercio), meal vouchers, employee welfare programs, and access to e-learning platforms.
Where You’ll Work
Our office is located at Via Desenzano 2, Milan (MM1 Gambara). We work in a hybrid model: at least two days a week in the office and up to three days working remotely. In-person time is essential for exchanging ideas, collaborating, and fostering the team culture that sets us apart.
What you’ll do
You’ll join the Product Design team and work closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and the development team to understand how users interact with our digital products and identify opportunities for optimization.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyzing user behavior, navigation funnels, and conversion rates using quantitative data to identify patterns, opportunities for improvement, and friction points along key user journeys, using tools such as Contentsquare
- Monitor product and user experience KPIs, analyzing trends, anomalies, and the causes of any performance drops.
- Design, set up, and monitor A/B tests using VWO, analyze the results, and measure their impact
- Translate data and insights into concrete recommendations, supporting product decisions with an evidence-based approach and collaborating with the Product Design team to design solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper data collection and reliable tracking.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share results, insights, and optimization opportunities with stakeholders and project teams.
- Requirements
- We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and data-driven individual capable of transforming numbers and user behavior into design decisions.
You have:
- Experience in quantitative user experience analysis.
- Excellent ability to interpret behavioral data.
- Experience in analyzing funnels and conversions.
- Knowledge of key digital KPIs.
- Ability to identify insights and opportunities for optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and presentation skills.
Technical Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Contentsquare.

- Ability to analyze heatmaps, session replays, and customer journeys.
- Knowledge of dashboarding and reporting tools.
