Junior UX Researcher

At Adecco Group, we are looking for a Junior UX Researcher to join an international Product and User Experience team at a leading company in the classified ads and e-commerce sector with a presence in 29 countries.
What will your role entail?
To help understand users’ needs, behaviors, and motivations through research and data analysis, turning the insights gained into recommendations that contribute to improving the user experience and product decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and conducting user research using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Organize and moderate user interviews, usability tests, and prototype validations.
• Analyze data from analytics and tracking tools to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for the Product and Design teams.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in defining and tracking user experience KPIs.
• Promote a user-centered, data-driven culture.
• Create reports, presentations, and knowledge repositories to share findings and insights.
Requirements
• 0 to 2 years of experience in UX Research or similar roles.
• Internships, academic projects, or undergraduate/master’s theses related to user research will be considered a plus.
• Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Interest in gaining a deep understanding of user behavior and digital products.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
Tools and Technologies
• Office 365 / Google Workspace.
• Figma and Miro.
• Jira and Confluence.
• Google Analytics, Hotjar, PostHog, or similar tools.
• Typeform, Maze, UserTesting, or equivalent tools.
Desirable
• Knowledge of A/B testing, card sorting, and other research methodologies.
• Experience with or familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude applied to research and analysis.
• Experience or interest in research conducted in regulated or sensitive environments.
