We are looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer to join our Web Experience team. We are seeking a detail-oriented, curious individual who is ready to take on challenging digital projects. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to experiment, make mistakes, and, above all, grow.
Position Level: Internship
Location and Work Hours: In-office | 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities and Activities:
Collaborate with designers and developers in designing new interfaces and user flows;
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma;
Explore and experiment with no-code tools such as Framer or Webflow to translate designs into functional pages;
Actively participate in UX research phases: interviews, usability tests, and analysis of results;
Contribute to trend hunting and monitoring industry best practices—including AI tools;
Support the team in the continuous improvement of product usability and accessibility.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Communication Design, Interaction Design, or a related field;
Knowledge of the basic principles of user interface (UI/UX) design;
Experience with Figma and the Adobe suite;
Genuine curiosity about the world of digital product design;
Good command of the English language.
Nice to have:
Experience with no-code tools (Framer, Webflow, Cargo…);
Creativity in generating innovative solutions;
Basic knowledge of accessibility principles and inclusive design;
Aesthetic sensibility: you stay up to date on industry trends and best practices;
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to understand technical limitations and communicate with developers;
Interest in motion, microinteractions, or visual art direction;
Strong organizational skills: you can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
Some prior experience in agencies, studios, or personal/university projects.
