YOUR ROLE

As a Junior UX/UI Designer at Capgemini, you’ll contribute to projects involving the design and development of digital experiences for complex platforms and services, working on the design of web and mobile interfaces and helping to define user-centered solutions for B2B and B2C contexts.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in the following activities:

Supporting the design of user flows, wireframes, and user interfaces for digital products and services;
Contributing to the implementation and evolution of Design Systems by designing consistent and scalable solutions;
Collaborating with designers, developers, and product teams by participating in design reviews, user research, and usability testing.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Interest in the world of UX/UI design and in designing digital products, both B2B and B2C;
Knowledge of the principles of User-Centered Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design;
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, FigJam, and/or Adobe Creative Suite;
Strong communication, collaboration, and learning skills in dynamic environments.
Note: Bachelor’s degree earned or currently pursuing in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Service Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields. Good command of English.
