As a Junior Product Designer, you’ll contribute to the design and evolution of ODILO’s digital experiences, helping to create useful, intuitive, and consistent solutions for our users. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other design professionals, gradually learning to transform user and business needs into viable, high-quality solutions.

What You’ll Do at ODILO:
  • Participate in the design of user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for web and mobile.
  • Collaborate on discovery, research, and validation processes to understand user needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate product requirements and needs into clear, intuitive, and consistent design solutions.
  • Work alongside Product Managers and Engineers during development to ensure the designs are implemented correctly.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the Design System by reusing existing components and patterns.
  • Participate in product reviews and validations to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Adapt the visual layer of our products to each client’s brand identity.
  • Use feedback, usage data, and product results to progressively improve the designed solutions.
  • Use AI tools to support research, ideation, prototyping, and analysis tasks, always with sound judgment and appropriate supervision.

Profile Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar roles.
  • Education in Design, UX/UI, Digital Product, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, especially Figma and Adobe XD.
  • Knowledge of UX and UI and the ability to create clear, consistent, and scalable interfaces.
  • Familiarity with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
  • Ability to clearly explain and justify design decisions to Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to better understand the feasibility and technical limitations of designs. Previous experience with JSON files is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Interest in learning user research, testing, and validation methodologies.
  • A sense of responsibility, commitment, and ownership regarding assigned tasks, with a willingness to actively collaborate on team projects.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, proactivity, and a desire to continue growing as a product designer.
  • B2–C1 level of English
  • Interest in applying AI to design to improve efficiency, creativity, and learning.

  • Experience working in the EdTech sector or at B2B SaaS companies.
  • Previous experience with web or mobile products.
  • Basic knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design.
  • Experience working with design systems.
  • Experience using AI tools in design, research, or prototyping processes.
  • Interest in the EdTech sector, digital products, and learning experiences.
