🌟 What will your missions be?

Design experiences within our AI-powered platform.
Transform complex problems into clear and easy-to-use workflows.
Design new functionalities together with the Product and Engineering teams.
Create experiences for administrators, managers, and end users.
Design management systems for courses, modules, and training content.
Participate in defining experiences related to AI agents, human review, and automation.
Design dashboards and visualizations that help understand the impact of learning.
Working with Design Systems and ensuring a consistent experience across the entire product.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand real needs and turn them into product solutions.

Requirements

💼 The profile we are looking for:

More than 2 years of experience designing digital products or B2B SaaS.
Figma Domain.
Ability to transform ambiguity into clear and well-resolved experiences.
Systems thinking and a focus on product, not just interfaces.
Attention to detail in design, content, states, and use cases.
Ability to work independently and quickly.
Good collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
Portfolio that demonstrates product thinking and problem-solving.
Interest in artificial intelligence and its real-world applications.

🚀 What would we like you to have?

Experience in end-to-end B2B SaaS products.
Experience designing experiences related to AI, copilots, or agents.
You understand how language models work and their limitations.
Have you participated in user interviews or research processes?
Are you interested in the world of learning, training, or knowledge management?
You know how to work with Design Systems and contribute to its evolution.
Do you have knowledge of HTML, CSS or frontend development?
You use AI tools to speed up your work and explore new ideas.
You enjoy writing and you pay as much attention to microcopy as you do to visual design.
You enjoy working in environments where there is still much to be built.

Fixed salary: €25,000-€50,000 gross per year
