At Redbility, we're looking for a UX/UI Product Designer based in Spain with at least two years of experience who understands that design is the ultimate tool for solving complex business problems and transforming them into memorable digital experiences. What's your daily routine?

UX Research and Strategy: Your job starts by listening and asking questions; you will become an expert at finding key patterns in user behavior to transform business needs into solid information architectures and logical flows.
Visual excellence and systems: You will design solutions where visual sensitivity and the rigor of design systems go hand in hand, guaranteeing experiences that are not only flawless, but fully functional.
Management and direct dealings: You will confidently present your projects to clients, coordinating with them clearly and professionally, managing feedback masterfully, and ensuring that each proposal provides real value.

How do we imagine you?

Experience with sound judgment: At least 2 years designing digital products from start to finish, demonstrating mastery of usability, interaction design, and information architecture.
Passion for research: You don't settle for the surface; you have an innate curiosity to investigate and validate your design decisions through data and behavioral patterns.
Hybrid and decisive profile: You understand how to "land" your ideas thanks to your basic knowledge of code and content management systems (CMS).
Proficiency in cutting-edge tools: Advanced user of Figma and prototyping, with an agile, organized, and scalable workflow.
Curiosity and innovation: A constant interest in learning, from new interactions in AI to continuous personal growth that defines our culture of excellence.
