As a UI & Product Designer, you’ll work alongside Service & UX Designers, Product and UI Designers, Researchers, and UX Writers to conceive and design innovative digital products for a constantly growing portfolio of clients, many of whom are international.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • End-to-end design: from visual concept to interactive prototype, through technical documentation and handoff to developers
  • Design System Management: creating, maintaining, and developing scalable libraries, components, and resources
  • Consulting and presentation: explaining and exploring design choices with the team and clients, clearly justifying decisions and incorporating feedback
  • Inclusive design: applying usability and accessibility principles (WCAG) and translating UX research insights into effective interfaces

Requirements
  • You’re the person we’re looking for if:
  • You’re a Figma Master: you have a deep and confident command of the tool (advanced management of components, variables, auto-layout, and complex libraries). For us, this is a key requirement
  • You’re familiar with AI and incorporate it from the very start into your daily workflow to accelerate the creative process, explore solutions, and rapidly develop MVPs
  • You know how to present your ideas clearly to the team and the client, with a constructive approach that’s open to dialogue and compromise
  • You have a strong team spirit and are proactive; you know how to contribute value when working with colleagues but can also work independently on your tasks

Nice to have:
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology applied to design
  • Previous experience in teams working on complex digital products
  • Previous experience in mobile app design
  • Experience in CRO testing (Conversion Rate Optimization / A/B testing)
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the testing and delivery phases
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Good knowledge of SEO principles
  • Curiosity, with a strong passion for all aspects of design

Benefits
  • You’ll have the opportunity to join a close-knit team, and we offer:
  • Flexible remote work
  • Remote Work Station Allowance: equipment of your choice to help you work better from home
  • Flexible hours
  • Cumulative electronic meal vouchers (even when you’re working remotely!)
  • Employee Benefits
  • Development plan agreed upon with your manager
  • Internal and external training with dedicated time and budget, including opportunities to participate in events in Italy and abroad
  • Unlimited access to Upskill for Webrankers, our internal e-learning platform
  • Welcome kit: backpack, laptop, and dedicated workstation
  • Opportunities to participate in company team-building events (themed dinners, summer barbecues, etc.) hosted by Webranking
  • Relaxation and recreation areas where you can unwind and have fun with colleagues (in Correggio, you’ll have access to a gym and, during the summer months, a swimming pool)

What We Offer
  • Employment contract under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce sector, with a gross annual salary range of 26,000–34,000 euros.

The final salary offer will be determined based on factors that emerge during the selection process.
