- You know how to present your ideas clearly to the team and the client, with a constructive approach that’s open to dialogue and compromise
- You have a strong team spirit and are proactive; you know how to contribute value when working with colleagues but can also work independently on your tasks
Nice to have:
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology applied to design
- Previous experience in teams working on complex digital products
- Previous experience in mobile app design
- Experience in CRO testing (Conversion Rate Optimization / A/B testing)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the testing and delivery phases
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics
- Good knowledge of SEO principles
- Curiosity, with a strong passion for all aspects of design
Benefits
- You’ll have the opportunity to join a close-knit team, and we offer:
- Flexible remote work
- Remote Work Station Allowance: equipment of your choice to help you work better from home
- Flexible hours
- Cumulative electronic meal vouchers (even when you’re working remotely!)
- Employee Benefits
- Development plan agreed upon with your manager
- Internal and external training with dedicated time and budget, including opportunities to participate in events in Italy and abroad
- Unlimited access to Upskill for Webrankers, our internal e-learning platform
- Welcome kit: backpack, laptop, and dedicated workstation
- Opportunities to participate in company team-building events (themed dinners, summer barbecues, etc.) hosted by Webranking
- Relaxation and recreation areas where you can unwind and have fun with colleagues (in Correggio, you’ll have access to a gym and, during the summer months, a swimming pool)
What We Offer
- Employment contract under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce sector, with a gross annual salary range of 26,000–34,000 euros.
The final salary offer will be determined based on factors that emerge during the selection process.
