Eikon, a leading company in the field of Digital Innovation and Multimedia Communication, is seeking a UX Designer to expand its team.

The candidate will join an established team focused on UX and UI design for complex interactive digital systems.

They will primarily manage the design phases of information architecture, customer journey, and user flow; they will also participate in co-design sessions with IT and stakeholders and design clear, intuitive, and scalable wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces.

Experience:

At least 2 years of prior experience in structured UX and UI design teams is required, preferably in an agile process; proven training in UX/UI design is a plus.

Requirements:

Key UX design techniques and theories.
Lean and Agile processes.
HCD and Design Thinking methodologies.
Low- and high-fidelity wireframing.
Usability best practices.
Customer journey.

Technical skills:

Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
Excellent proficiency in Figma or similar tools.
Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Key web design techniques and theories.

Soft skills:

Strategic vision.
Analytical skills.
Research and attention to user needs.
Proficiency in media, formats, and visual communication techniques.
Strong interest in staying up-to-date in the digital field.

Plus:

Knowledge of accessibility principles.
Ability to collaborate with UI designers and IT.
UX writing.
Proficiency in using AI.
