User Experience Junior Consultant - Insights Centre

The Experience Strategy & Design group is part of a global network and deals with issues related to design-driven innovation.

The macro areas of intervention are: Service Design & Organization Transformation, Digital Transformation and Accessibility for Digital Products and Services.

We work using a proven methodology that adopts a Human-Centered and Data-Driven approach to create innovative and valuable services for people and companies, with the aim of having a positive impact on their business.

You will have the opportunity to join one of the fastest, most dynamic, and disruptive environments in the consulting industry, participating in the creation of new services for users and creating optimal experiences, always taking into account business requirements, user needs, and technological constraints, within an ecosystem of players.

Within the Experience Strategy & Design group, you will be involved and have the opportunity to grow in the following activities:
  • Discovery activities aimed at better understanding user needs and business requirements;
  • Research activities on new trends and technologies;
  • Concept development, creation of journeys/blueprints and digital platforms (web and mobile) that meet user needs, technological constraints and business objectives;
  • Creation of new services by managing the entire process, from defining briefs to creating mockups and prototypes, including user testing and other techniques aimed at gathering feedback;
  • Co-Design and Design Thinking workshops, both with the client and with users;
  • Development of visual materials across different channels such as desktop, tablet and mobile;
  • Support in managing and relating to clients with whom we will work collaboratively.

To be the ideal candidate, you should possess:
  • Master's Degree in Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology with a focus on User Experience, or similar;
  • Passion for innovation and technology and a predisposition for change;
  • Knowledge of the Service & UX Design process and design tools (Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Hotjar, Maze, …) and collaborative tools such as Mural/Miro;
  • Basic knowledge of how to create surveys, interviews, and user tests;
  • Basic knowledge of how to design mockups and wireframes, user journeys, and service blueprints;
  • Basic knowledge of user data analysis;
  • Basic knowledge of digital accessibility;
  • Basic knowledge in creating and defining design guidelines;
  • Excellent level of English, possibly improved through educational or work experiences abroad;
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
