About the projection

We are looking for a UX Designer for a project in the area of mobile applications and web systems, who will be responsible for the design and development of user experiences in a complex systems environment.

Scope of duties:

Designing mockups and prototypes of mobile and web applications (UX/UI)
Creating information architecture and user journeys
Ensuring visual and process consistency of the designed solutions
Conducting usability research and analyzing user opinions
Working with the design system and component libraries
Collaboration with development and testing teams during implementations
Preparation of design documentation (interactive prototypes, hi-fidelity mockups)
Verification of the quality of implementations in terms of compliance with the projects

Requirements:

Experience in UX/UI design for mobile and web applications
Ability to create hi-fidelity mockups and prototypes
Experience in working with design systems
Knowledge of Usability and Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
Experience in usability research and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
Ability to collaborate with technical teams

Welcome:

Experience working with analytical tools (e.g. Hotjar, Google Analytics)
Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS)
Participation in the design of interactions and user interface elements
Knowledge of Design Thinking methods and participation in workshops with stakeholders

Possibility of occasional Saturday work related to implementations or release schedules
