At Redbility, we're looking for a UX Researcher based in Spain with experience in digital research and strategy. What's your daily routine?

UX Research and Strategy: Your job starts with listening and asking questions. You'll design and conduct research to uncover opportunities, understand people's needs, and turn those findings into decisions that add value to the product and the business.
Product Vision: You will understand research as a tool for building better digital products. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, contributing a practical and strategic perspective, integrating research into the daily work of projects, and transforming insights into real opportunities.
Management and direct interaction: You will confidently present your findings to clients, facilitating decision-making, managing feedback constructively, and ensuring that each investigation has a tangible impact on the project.

How do we imagine you?

Experience with sound judgment: At least 2 years conducting UX research on digital products and services, combining qualitative and quantitative methods to generate actionable insights.
Product mindset: You understand that research is a tool for making better decisions. You know how to connect people's needs with business objectives and translate findings into product opportunities.
From research to solution: You don't just deliver a results report. You're able to transform research findings into information architectures, customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, or product concepts that help the team move forward with confidence.
Communication: You know how to synthesize complex information, present conclusions clearly, and facilitate decision-making with teams and clients.
Curiosity and innovation: You maintain a continuous learning attitude, exploring new methodologies, tools, and initiatives related to research, product, and AI.
