UX Researcher | Automotive

Would you like to embark on a new professional adventure as a UX Researcher / UX Designer in one of our automotive industry opportunities in Turin?

• Help define the user experience for infotainment systems and HMIs in the automotive sector.

• Conduct UX research (interviews, usability tests, benchmarks, user needs analysis).

• Translate research insights into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

• Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to align user requirements with technical constraints.

• Use Figma to design interfaces and create/manage design systems.

• Support the validation of solutions through testing with users and internal stakeholders.

• Document UX guidelines and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Participate in co-design workshops and cross-functional brainstorming sessions.

• A degree in Design (UX/UI, Interaction, Product) or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Practical experience in the automotive industry on HMI/infotainment projects or related digital products.

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a UX Researcher and UX Designer, preferably on complex digital products.

• Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) and key UX deliverables.

• Excellent knowledge of Figma for interface design and prototyping.

• Knowledge of advanced prototyping tools (e.g., ProtoPie) and structured design systems.

• Experience in enterprise or automotive contexts with international cross-functional teams.

• Fluency in Italian and English at least at the B2/C1 level, both written and spoken.

• The salary range is determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria.

• Variable component: any discretionary, non-guaranteed bonuses not included in the stated annual salary.
