Now, we’re expanding our engineering team in Barcelona and looking for a UX Researcher (intern) to join our small but mighty team, someone ready to push the boundaries of what’s possible with large language models and UX automation.

📎 What You’ll Do

Support User Research Initiatives

Assist in planning and conducting user interviews and usability tests.
Help prepare discussion guides, surveys, and research materials.

Contribute to AI-Driven Research

Support the validation of our synthetic testers by comparing AI-generated feedback with real-user insights.
Help structure research inputs that improve how our AI personas behave.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine research workflows.

Help Build Research Foundations

Organize research documentation and maintain research repositories.
Contribute to structured research reports and presentations.
Assist in drafting academic-style research reports or whitepapers related to UX, AI, or human behavior.

💪 Who You Are

You’re currently a university student or recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Psychology, HCI, Design, Sociology, Business, or a related field, and can sign an internship agreement with your university.
You have foundational knowledge of UX research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys, basic data analysis).
You’re comfortable writing structured research reports or academic papers.
You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and curious about human behavior.
You can synthesize information clearly and communicate insights effectively.
You’re proactive and comfortable working in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.
You’re excited about AI and how it can reshape traditional research practices.

⭐️ Nice to Have

Previous internship, academic project, or thesis related to UX research or behavioral studies.
Basic experience with tools like Figma, Maze, Typeform, Dovetail, Notion, or similar.
Understanding of quantitative analysis (Excel, SPSS, R, Python, or similar).
Interest in B2B SaaS or AI-driven products.
