We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with experience in software development projects to design intuitive, functional digital experiences aligned with business objectives. You will work in collaboration with product, development, and stakeholder teams, actively participating in the entire product lifecycle.

🎯 Responsibilities

Design user-centered user experiences for web and/or mobile applications.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes (low and high fidelity).
Define and maintain design systems and style guides.
Participate in research processes : interviews, usability tests, behavioral analysis.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers and stakeholders.
Translating functional and business requirements into effective design solutions.
Validate designs through usability testing and propose continuous improvements.
Ensure visual and experience consistency across different products.
Accompany the development team during the implementation (handoff).

🧠 Requirements

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in software projects.
Solid knowledge of UX principles , usability, and user-centered design .
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar .
Experience working with agile teams (Scrum / Kanban).
Ability to present and justify design decisions.
Updated portfolio (mandatory).

Desirable

Experience in designing complex systems (ERP, back office, internal platforms).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive design .
Experience with UX metrics and analytics.
Accessibility Knowledge (WCAG).
