UX/UI Designer (Junior/Mid - Freelance)

Neve is a design and innovation studio based in Milan. We pair imagination with engineering to build digital products, systems, and experiences for forward-looking companies and institutions. Our clients include Prada, LVMH, Loro Piana, Cartier, Fornasetti and Valentino, among others.

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer (Junior/Mid) to join us on a freelance basis for a CRM development project. You will work closely with our design and development team to define and build the product interface from the ground up.

The position is hybrid, based in Milan. Start date: April 6, 2026. Duration: minimum 4 weeks, with the possibility of extension.

* Design and iterate on the UI of a CRM product in Figma

* Build and maintain a scalable component library with design tokens

* Work in close collaboration with developers within an agile workflow

* Contribute to UX decisions on flows, interactions, and information architecture

* Around 2 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products

* Strong proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, component variants, and design tokens

* Experience working on real digital products, not only academic or agency-side work

* Ability to work both independently and within a team

* Fluency in Italian or English
